Indoor and outdoor capacity restrictions, and social distancing requirements are no longer required for bars and restaurants. However, establishments must still have a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan and follow state guidelines to keep capacity within fire code.

What we doing for you…

The team at Paradise Charter Cruises and the Minneapolis Queen understands your concerns as we are continuing to follow Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely as well, for the safety of our passengers and crew.

What we are doing for YOUR safety upon the start of our season throughout our fleet:

We ask that you arrive healthy, with no temperature above 98.6 degrees, feel healthy and have NO COVID 19 symptoms. If you have had contact with anyone who has traveled to areas of high concentrations or been around persons infected with COVID-19. Thus, we strongly encourage those invitees or passengers be advised to not attend unless proper clearing has been obtained.

For Private Charters:

  • See notes above for your cruising location, and mask rules as they apply.
  • We are considered a small event venue by the CDC (Centers of Disease Control) serving between 10 to 150 attendees aboard our fleet, where the event Host usually knows the parties invited. It is up to the Host to assure state and federal guidelines are followed when making their reservations based on state and local agencies when confirming group sizes in place at the time of event.
  • Adding implementation of pre-shift health check for each crew member onboard.
  • We are asking event Hosts to do their due diligence in regards to spreading the word to their guests they should have knowledge of illness or anyone who has traveled to areas of high concentrations or been around persons infected with COVID-19. Thus, we strongly encourage those invitees be advised to not attend unless proper clearing has been obtained.
  • The above polices are subject to changes directed by state and local agencies accordingly.

For our Public Cruise Tours:

  • See notes above for your cruising location, and mask rules as they apply.
  • Adding implementation of pre-shift health check for each crew member onboard.
  • We are reminding passengers to do their due diligence in regards of illness or anyone who has traveled to areas of high concentrations or been around persons infected with COVID-19. Thus, we strongly encourage those invitees be advised to not attend unless proper clearing has been obtained.
  • The above polices are subject to changes directed by state and local agencies accordingly.

Moving forward, along with our already stringent cleaning protocols:

  • Adding implementation of pre-shift health check for each crew member onboard.
